Troubleshooting Download Problems Creation Date: December 5,
2003 Nearly 100% of download problems are caused because the connection to the Internet is interrupted before the complete file has been downloaded. While this can happen with any Internet Service Provider, this is almost exclusively an AOL problem. You have an incomplete download if, when you run the downloaded Cactus League College Basketball For Windows or Cactus League Professional Basketball installation file, a message similar to this is displayed: Could not initialize
installation Your numbers will probably be different, but this message indicates that only 7504022 bytes of the 24861249 were downloaded. The game cannot be successfully installed unless the complete file is downloaded. The solution is to download the file
again, making sure that the Internet connection is not interrupted before
the complete file is downloaded. |
