Cactus League Interactive Baseball Our latest free utility for Cactus League Interactive Baseball for Windows is the Box Score Editor. Why We Created The Box Score Editor While the vast majority of post-game scoring decisions in baseball games can be easily calculated, the Official Major League Rules allow for subjectivity, in some situations, when determining the winning pitcher and crediting "saves." Also, "holds" are not an official statistic and there are at least two different definitions in use, so we decided to allow the editing of this statistic. With the Box Score Editor you can edit the pitchers of record, assign "saves," "blown saves," and "holds" after a game has been completed. You can even edit a game that you played months ago. For example, if you are in July in your replay and you determine that you want to make a change to a game from April, use the Box Score Editor to make the change. All appropriate statistics and box scores will be updated. Sounds simple, right? Well, not really. Refer to the Box Score Editor Help files for complete details about what the Box Score Editor does. You might be surprised how one little change has an effect on so much data. |
