By default, in the League Management Module, you cannot make any changes to the stock leagues (ACTUAL leagues that are shipped with each Team Disk). Follow these instructions to unlock stock leagues in the League Management Module:

After closing all modules of the game, find the BASEBALL.INI file in your Game Disk folder (C:\Program Files\Cactus\Cactus League Interactive Baseball\ is the default folder when using Windows 95). This is a text file that can be edited with any word processor. Find the League Management section. It will look like this:

[League Management]

Beneath that (somewhere in that section), you will see the following:

LockLeague_1= -1
LockLeague_2= -1
LockLeague_3= 0
LockLeague_4= 0
LockLeague_5= 0
LockLeague_6= 0

These are the setting for each of the 6 possible leagues. To unlock League #1, change LockLeague_1 to

LockLeague_1= 0

To relock League #1, change LockLeague_1 to

LockLeague_1= -1

Warning: Be very careful when you edit any INI file. You could disable the program.
