We guarantee that we will e-mail your download instructions and/or season files, for all non-pre-ordered products, within one hour of receiving your e-mail confirmation of your order, between 8 AM - 9 PM Central Time, 7 days a week.

Because of the inherent instability of the Internet, we are unable to guarantee when you will receive the e-mail messages. But, it is our experience that, with a reliable Internet Service Provider, you will receive our e-mail messages within a matter of minutes. 

This guarantee applies to orders placed on the secure server at cactusdevelopment.com only and does not apply to foreign orders, third-party orders, orders with incomplete entries, information that cannot be verified with the customer's bank, orders submitted with a credit card that is not accepted for any reason by the issuing bank, or to orders charged using a credit card issued by a non-United States banking institution. Telephone authorization from the credit card holder may be needed for first-time customers.
